Despite spreading rumors on singers Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert divorce, the "The Voice" coach will never fail to surprise his wife for their third wedding anniversary.
The 37-year-old coach got an idea to surprise his singer wife Miranda Lambert for the celebration of their wedding anniversary last May 15 after her series of tours for her fifth album entitled "Platinum."
Blake Shelton told the Us Weekly that once Miranda Lambert's full-packed schedule goes on a rest, the country singer will definitely treat his wife to a romantic getaway.
"By the time a week like this is over with her album launch mixed with CMA Fest, she's just going to be a zombie," he told in a press conference recently debunking the Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert divorce.
Blake Shelton also shared that he was on his final leg of checking up on the boat the couple owns in Lake Texoma for her surprise to the woman who "means so much" to him.
He added, " I'm not a mechanic, but I managed to get this thing running, because I know when she gets back, she's gonna want to do something like that-just go and float around and drink and get pulled on the tube or something."
The proud husband to his 30-year-old wife also shared that he is proud of what he have accomplished in crafting their boat.
Addressing issues on divorce, pregnancy and too much workload, the singer said he "cry for her."
He said, "She's got a long way to go still. I just cry for her."
The singer said that the news on Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert divorce had somehow affected his wife during the making of her album and back-to-back guest appearances, the ABC News reported.
"I do think some of that early tabloid stuff that happened probably did have an effect on her. And I was upset for her to go through it," the "Based on a True Story" singer said.
