Harrison Ford was recently hospitalized after he met an accident while filming "Star Wars: Episode VII." Now, the 71-year-old actor will miss at least eight weeks of shooting so he could fully recover first.

Multiple sources confirmed that even thought Ford will eventually recover from his broken ankle there is still a relatively high chance that he will be only filmed only from his waist up.

Ford's son, Ben, revealed that his father might be in need of a plate and screws into his ankles, according to the NY Times.

A source also dished to Mirror, "The initial day or two after the accident it was hard to move things around but now we have had a more time we can juggle things, bring some scenes forward and push others back. There are a lot of other actors in the movie so it is not a disaster. We are confident the film can stay on schedule."

The source continued, "At the moment it looks like Harrison is going to be off set for 6-8 weeks but the main priority is making sure he is OK."

Last week, Ford was on the set in England when a hydraulic door fell on him by accident, according to Variety.

Meanwhile, JJ Abrams, the director of "Star Wars: Episode VII" continued filming the sequel despite Ford's absence, MTV has said.

In another news, Making Star Wars revealed possible villains which will be called "Jedi Hunters."

"The villains are said to be characterized by black and chrome with troopers in similar black and chrome uniforms. They're very imperial, but very new. My sense is these guys are like General Grievous' Magna Guards from Revenge of the Sith," the publication noted.

Lupita Nyong'O, Adam Driver and David Oyelowo will most likely play the role of "Jedi Hunters," Io9 reported but none of these have been confirmed yet by the "Star Wars: Episode VII" team.
