The circulating reports about Will Smith dead are not true. In fact, the Smith family is set for a celebration. According to the reports released by RadarOnline, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services have just officially cleared Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith.

The controversy started when their 13-year-old daughter "Whip My Hair" singer Willow Smith was involved in an incriminating picture. Based on the picture, Willow was in bed with Moises Arias, a former "Hannah Montana" star who also happens to be 20 years old. The picture was a black-and-white snapshot that was posted on Arias' Instagram account in May.

Upon the first weeks of the picture's online existence, it came into the DCFS' attention. According to a tip from the DCFS, "the welfare and safety of Willow, based on the contents of the photo" was what compelled the agency to investigate further into the situation.

Sources have informed RadarOnline that the officials from the DCFS have found no concrete evidence that Willow was placed in danger. A source from the DCFS said, "No evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around Moises or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused." No actions were taken against Will and Jada, but they have been strongly advised to keep a closer watch on their children, especially their daughter, particularly with their social media network accounts.

Neither of the parents has given their comments on this matter, but Jada, 42 years old, seemed to have initially brushed off this controversy despite Willow's photo getting viral over the Internet. Jada told the TMZ camera men, "Here's the deal: There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it and you're acting like covert pedophiles, and that's not cool."
