'Batman: Arkham Knight' gameplay trailer has been launched early this month which confirms the delay of the official release of the Rocksteady sequel. Console gamers might be a bit disappointed since the "Batman: Arkham Knight" is set to release this October but will not be available until 2015. Reportedly, voice actor, Kevin Conor, who is the iconic voice of Bruce Wayne and the Dark Knight in Batman: The Animated Series and the Rocksteady developed Arkham titles, suggests that the release will be on January 2015.

"I have a massive game you might have heard of called Arkham Knight, a little indie game. It was supposed to come out in January, we've been working on it for a year and a half and it's still not done. So it's going to come out next January," he said.

According to the online site, Computer and Video Games, Conor mentioned the release window in an interview with Groovey.TV.

Reportedly, Conroy's account may be in error, "as he indicates that he believed the game was originally scheduled to be released in January 2014, despite the game only being announced in March 2014."

CVG reported that when asked for a statement, Warner Bros. said "Batman: Arkham Knight is scheduled for release in 2015."

Meanwhile, fans can have a glimpse of the series by pre-ordering Batman Arkham Knight for the PlayStation 4. According to Load the Game, it "will grant you access to the Scarecrow nightmare missions." An add-on will be required if you will pre-order the game for any platform, this will allow you to play as the ill-famed Harley Quinn that will allow you to utilize her unique weapons, gadgets, and abilities first-hand.

Batman Arkham Knight was set to release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The publisher has yet to officially announce the exact date when Arkham Knight will be available.
