The 24 year old singer-songwriter Taylor Allison Swift has a new adorable Scottish Fold cat named Olivia Benson.

According to Vanity Fair, Taylor Swift New Cat's named after Mariska Hargitay, a character from Law & Order: S.V.U. Swift, before adopting Olivia, has already adopted a cat, which she named Meredith Grey, because the fur is gray and she's a fan of Grey's Anatomy,

Eonline said that the young songwriter has been a fan of the popular NBC series for years. She told Teen Vogue in 2011 "I sit in my apartment and watch hours of that show,"; "So I sort of feel like me and Olivia are BFFs."

Swift told Us Weekly, about the Ellen Pompeo's character on the ABC medical drama, which is also one of her favorite TV dramas. She stated "She's awesome. She's like one of those cats that give cats a good name. She doesn't hide under furniture and get weird around people. She's really friendly and fun and she's perfect for the road because she doesn't ever get freaked out. So I'm really glad that she has a cool personality."
