Kobe Bryant injury news is good on all fronts as the "Black Mamba" rode a jet ski to prove that he's already "100 percent" ready for next season. The LA Lakers superstar brought his family to a vacation in the island of Mykonos in Greece.
In a series of snaps published on MailOnline, the 35-year-old wore a casual button down shirt with navy shorts and Converse sneakers while his wife, Vanessa, was like a Greek goddess as she wore a flowing white gown that shows massive cleavage. They were also joined by their daughters, Natalia, 11, and Gianna, 8.
LA Lakers fans would be happy to note that the Kobe Bryant injury news is all behind them as the Black Mamba confirmed to New York Daily News while he was in Brazil for the World Cup 2014.
The publication asked him if he's ready to suit up in November when the season starts.
"Oh, yeah. I'm 100 percent. One hundred percent," he said.
To prove a point, the 6'6" NBA superstar rode a jet ski while on vacation in Mykonos. He also earned every penny of his $48.5 million extension with the LA Lakers when he rented a luxury yacht during the vacation.
Kobe Bryant injury news hogged the headlines when the superstar only managed to play 27 games last season due to Achilles and knee injuries.
For the coming season, pundits are not too optimistic about Kobe Bryant being dominant.
In the April 24 op-ed piece, titled "What will the Lakers get from Kobe Bryant next season?" Eric Pincus of the L.A. Times suggested that Kobe Bryant's injury plus his advancing age will limit his minutes on the floor.
LA Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant averaged 13.8 points and 6.3 assists playing a shade under 30 minutes a game last season.
"Pencil Bryant in at 21 points and 4.7 assists a night, accounting for reduced minutes," Eric Pincus wrote. "Will that be enough to help the Lakers return to playoff contention?"
