The Young Hollywood awards honors the up-and-coming young stars in Hollywood and will air on July 28, to be hosted by Kelly Osbourne. Aside from Elgort, other rising stars on the nominees list include Shailene Woodley, Theo James, and Emma Stone.

Elgort is up for a couple of awards, including Fan Favorite Actor, Breakthrough Actor, Best On-Screen Couple and Best Cast Chemistry (with Woodley) and Favorite Flick for both Divergent and The Fault in Our Stars.

The 20-year-old actor has been in demand since his breakout performance in the movie version of the John Green book, The Fault In Our Stars. He will once again team up with The Fault In Our Stars co-star Shailene Woodley in Insurgent, the second movie in the Divergent series.

He has also been confirmed to play the lead in Van Cliburn, a film based on the piano prodigy who won the Tchaikovskly International Piano Competition in Moscow.

Recently, Elgort was also shortlisted for the lead role in the remake of the 1983 hit film WarGames, which starred Matthew Broderick and Ally Sheedy.

Fans will also be happy to know that he will appear in the pages of GQ magazine, where he discusses how he handles a movie's emotional scenes. "Tricking your mind into really believing - I'm helpless, I have no value anymore...It's really good therapy," he says,"I thought about how much cooler and, like, better a person Augustus (his role in The Fault In Our Stars) is than Ansel. He's this perfect guy. And I was like, Ansel kind of sucks."

The young actor created a bit of buzz outside of his film and media appearances, when he stepped out in public with is girlfriend Violetta Komyshan. The pair attended the Valentino Fashion show during Fashion Week in Paris. Elgort and his girlfriend were also spotted heading out for some dinner in Paris the following evening.
