Which of these smartphones is the ideal purchase for consumers? We pit the Motorola Moto G against the Nexus 4 to see which of these devices is better.

In terms of design and dipslay, both smartphones have screens that support the same resolution of 720x1280pixels, but the Nexus 4 has a 4.7 inches True HD IPS Plus display, while the Motorola Moto G’s IPS LCD display is a little bit smaller measuring 4.5 inches. The Nexus 4 is lighter than its competitor, weighting over 139 grams, and its dimensions are 133.9×68.7×9.1 mm, the Motorola Moto G is 4 grams heavier and its dimensions are 129.9×65.9×11.6 mm.
