Following CBS and NBC's fall line up announcements, The CW also released their series premiere schedule for the fall season. This includes the highly anticipated Supernatural Season 10 release date.

While the network scheduled the actual season's first episode to air on it's usual 9 pm Tuesday (October 7) slot, a retrospective special will air right after "The Originals" on Monday, October 6 also at 9 pm. The special episode is set to look back on the show's past nine seasons before kicking the tenth one off.

In last season's finale, viewers were left in apprehension with the scene of Dean's (Jensen Ackles) imminent demonic character in the this fall's tenth season. After being killed by Megatron, Dean woke up with black eyes-a sure sign of a demonic rebirth-having been resurrected by the Mark Of Cain.

The "Supernatural" production team has been teasing fans by posting about season 10's meetings and shoots. Rumors of Ackles directing an episode are also circulating, as well as several characters in the past seasons coming back. Co-executive producer Jim Michaels, however, straightened the record about the Winchester's half brother Adam returning by replying to a fan that the idea is "not currently on our radar."

Adam was used as the archangel Michael's vessel in season five. His soul was thrown into a cage in hell together with Sam (Jared Padalecki).

The CW's other shows are also set for a fall release. Teen vampire drama, "The Vampire Diaries" will be starting it's sixth season on October 2 (Thursday) at 8 pm, while the series' spinoff, "The Originals" will air before "Supernatural's" retrospective special on October 6 at 8 pm. Season two of "Reign," on the other hand, will follow "The Vampire Diaries" on Thursday at 9 pm.

"Arrow" season three's first episode will air on Wednesday, October 8 at 8 pm, followed by sci-fi drama "The 100" at 9 pm. "Arrow's" spinoff superhero drama, "The Flash," will debut right before "Supernatural's" season ten pilot episode on October 7.

The new dramedy, "Jane The Virgin," will start on Monday, October 13 at 9 pm. Fridays, on the other hand, will be taken over by "America's Next Top Model" and "Who's Line Is It Anyway?" ANTM Cycle 21 will premiere on August 22, at 9 pm.
