Amanda Bynes 2014 bong-tossing case has been dismissed by a judge. Bynes' lawyer showed up in court on Monday, but Bynes herself was nowhere to be found. The case was then sealed after it was officially dismissed.

The judge had already stated that the charges would be dismissed if the "She's the Man" actress could steer clear from trouble for only six short months. Plus, she had to attend counseling two times a week. Attorney Gerald Shargel had submitted an affidavit that proved that the actress had been compliant with the requirements that were asked of her by the court.

Shargel said, "She did her counseling and it's now all behind her."

It was only last year that Bynes was charged with marijuana possession and reckless endangerment. The managers of the Manhattan building she lived in called the local police, reporting that she was spotted smoking marijuana in the building's lobby. The officers then checked out her apartment on the 36th floor, and according to the reports they submitted, they saw Bynes throw a bong out of her open window.

Amanda Bynes 2014 pleaded, just this February, to no contest with regards to alcohol-related reckless driving for clipping the patrol car of the Los Angeles County Sheriff in April of 2012. For this account, she was given the sentence of three years of probation, as well as three months of classes regarding alcohol education.

Bynes also went through psychiatric treatment only last year after authorities reported that she set the driveway of someone's home on fire.

Amanda Bynes 2014 was only 13 years old when she first had her very own TV program, entitled, "The Amanda Show." This Nickelodeon made her gain a lot of fans. Following this, she then starred in various movies, such as "What I Like about You", "What a Girl Wants", and "She's the Man."
