Another baby bump is set to catch Hollywood's attention, with Kristen Bell pregnant with her second child; husband Dax is no less than thrilled with the news, as is the paparazzi.

The confirmation came from the couple's spokesperson, in a statement to Entertainment Tonight. "I can confirm that Kristen and Dax are expecting their second child and a sibling for Lincoln. The whole family is beyond excited." (etonline.com)

Kristen has been considered a darling by the press, even if her wedding to Dax was somewhat unprecedented, unconventional by celebrity standards. With Kristen pregnant with Lincoln, she gave birth to their first daughter March last year; the couple tied the knot at a Beverly Hills Courthouse seven months later.

The affair was really low-key, and the couple confirmed only two people from their circle of friends were invited to witness. That, and the ceremony cost them a mere $142, exclusive of the wedding cake.

Dax recalled the after-ceremony in an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live: "It was just Kristen and I at the courthouse, so they brought us this cake afterwards: 'The World's Worst Wedding.' "How many people can say they threw the world's worst wedding?" (usmagazine.com)

The couple is serious about maintaining boundaries in privacy, especially when it comes to celebrity children. Photos of baby bumps are somewhat acceptable and rewards with great publicity, but taking pictures of celebrity's children without consent crosses the line.

Dax and Kristen started the No Kids Policy campaign shortly after Lincoln was born, in an effort to restrict the media from peddling photos of celebrity's children without permission from parents or guardians.

Their campaign is as urgent as it gets this time, with Kristen Bell pregnant with their second child.
