"The Big Bang Theory" cast Jim Parsons took time off his busy schedule for Wimbledon as he rooted for Canadian Eugenie Bouchard.
According to CTV News, Eugenie Bouchard made Canadian history on Thursday for being the first of her countrymen to reach the Wimbledon singles final.
However, fans noticed "The Big Bang Theory" cast Jim Parsons among the audience rooting for Eugenie Bouchard, the website added.
Fans then took to Twitter to express their sentiments.

Pete James Vine wrote: "Sheldon aka Jim parsons loves a bit of Wimbledon #BigBang."
"Turns out, Parsons is a big fan of the rising tennis star. In an interview last week, the actor said Bouchard's manager first contacted his manager last year and asked if Parsons would come watch her play at Wimbledon. Parsons was busy working at the time, but he made it to this year's championship," CTV added.
The Canadian tennis star also posted a photo of her next to "The Big Bang Theory" cast Jim Parsons along with this caption: "My most positive supporter :) #JimParsons."
She also said that she's a fan of Jim Parson's show.
"He's emailed me after every single match I've played. He's more positive than all of my team combined. So it's a refreshing change to get a nice email with exclamation marks and smiley faces," she said, in a report by NY Post.
The NY Post added that Eugenie Bouchard will next play 2011 champion Petra Kvitova in the Wimbledon finals.
On playing against Kvitova, she said: "I will probably have my toughest match yet, so I'm looking forward to the challenge. My coach will watch her play and give me some tips on how she plays, but I'm just going to go out there and play my game. I think I can play even better than I did today."
