The anticipated Ronda Rousey Cyborg fight has been predicted by "Rowdy's" trainer Edmond Tarverdyan. The head trainer of the current women's bantamweight champion and 7th best pound-for-pound mixed martial arts fighter in the world believes that his fighter stops Cristiane "Cyborg" Santos.

"I love that fight," Tarverdyan told MMA Fighting. "Ronda knows, I spoke to Ronda. I said, 'You knock out Cyborg any given day.'"

"Ronda knocks out Cyborg," he reiterated. "I believe even with one hand she fights Cyborg, she beats her."

"Rowdy's" most recent fight was against Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Alexis Davis this past weekend at UFC 175, where she came out victorious via TKO within only 16 seconds of action. It is recorded to be the second fastest knockout in UFC history.

After winning all 10 fights of her career, fans have clamored for Ronda Rousey to face Cyborg in a fight, but nothing has materialized despite the friction between the two fighters.

Like Ronda Roudey, "Cyborg" is a dominant champion at the heavier featherweight division. She is the former Strikeforce 145-pound champion, and is the current Invicta FC champion. Her accomplishments are not being overlooked by Tarverdyan.

"Cyborg is a swinger, she's tough," Tarverdyan continued. "She'll let her hands go and then she'll get into a fight with Ronda and that's an exciting fight."

However, there are some issues that hinder the Ronda Rousey-Cyborg fight to come into fruition. One of which is the weight class that the Brazilian featherweight is fighting at. The fact that "Cyborg" has never fought at 135 pounds may be a problem, but Ronda Rousey's trainer believes that it can be surpassed.

"If they can make it happen," Tarverdyan continued. "Let her come off that which she's doing and make it fair and square, come down, they know where Ronda is."
