There's one less eligible bachelor in Hollywood, now that several reports of Ryan Gosling Eva Mendez pregnant with their first child have surfaced.

As if Eva's alleged, blushing comments about wanting to marry Ryan isn't enough to cause fans of "The Notebook" star to seethe with rage, recent reports from several sources insist the "Sin City" actress is now very pregnant, her baby bump nursed privately and away from the paparazzi.

Eva Mendez is at least seven months expecting according to reports, and many didn't see it coming, even the press. Hints of the secret started as early as February, though. In an interview with Ellen Degeneres, Eva clarified rumors she was pregnant after she refused a full-body scan at an airport; she opted for a pat-down, as is always her preference.

In June, a Facebook hoax on Fathers' Day reported Ryan Gosling was adopting a child. Over a million people responded to the post, as is always the case with anything viral in social media.

It didn't take too long for media to connect the dots and percolate news of Ryan Gosling Eva Mendez pregnant. The two are a confirmed couple as early as September 2011, and the last time Eva was seen publicly was in March, at least four months ago.

OK Magazine had first crack at the story, stating Eva is currently living "a dream come true," which could mean anything. An insider close to her offered a more sober version of the story, though, describing her present situation as "very independent but... content with her partner."
