The "Fifty Shades of Grey" trailer will be out this month as author E.L. James' book reportedly has "Twighlight" connection.

The author herself the "Fifty Shades of Grey" trailer release on her Twitter when she wrote on July 9:

"Hold on to your hats folks. You'll get your first look at the FSoG movie trailer on July 24. I've had a sneak peek and WOW! #WeAimToPlease."

A footage of the film was shown last March in Las Vegas Comic-Con but those who were able to watch the clip walked away disappointed, as the movie supposedly focused more on the romance rather than the BDSM theme of the book.

Earliery "Fifty Shades of Grey" cast Eloise Mumford, who will play the roommate of Anastasia Steele, has assured that the film is "tasteful" as she revealed that all the actresses and actors were sworn to secrecy.

She said that the movie adaptation of E.L. James' book of the same title is in good hands under the eye of director Sam Taylor-Johnson and cinematographer Seamus McGarvey.

"I knew right away it would be tasteful and artistic. And the cinematographer is Seamus McGarvey. He did Anna Karenina. It's going to be beautiful," she told E! Online. "In the end, the story really is a romance and a love story so it's about that more than anything."

It's not clear if the "Fifty Shades of Grey" trailer to be shown later this month will be a teaser or the full trailer of the movie.

Meanwhile, not many fans may know it but E.L. James was a fan of the Twilight movies and had envisioned Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to play Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele.

The author's agent, Valerie Hoskins, revealed as much to Deadline when she said that the "Fifty Shades of Grey" was originally written as fan fiction entitled "Master of the Universe."

"[Fifty Shades] did start as Twilight fan fiction, inspired by Stephenie Meyer's wonderful series of books. Originally it was written as fan fiction, then Erika [E.L. James] decided to take it down after there were some comments about the racy nature of the material," she said back in 2012.
