East Coast rapper Lil' Kim pleasantly surprised her fans just recently by finally posting a photo of her baby daughter's face. A close up shot of Lil' Kim's baby Royal Reign was posted at the rapper's Instagram account last July 11.
In a report by Hollywood Life, The "Queen Bee" gave birth to her and rapper husband Peoples Hernandez's first child last June 9. They took to Twitter the birth announcement by initially just showing a photo of the baby's feet and hands.
A month later, Lil' Kim's baby Royal Reign's photo was posted where her cute face was shown and which came with an emotional caption from the 39-year-old mother
"Thank U to all my fans #TeamLilKim #KillerBees #Beehive & friends for the Birthday love. I Love U guys so much and we will be together soon again. On my Birthday I want to share something special with U all.... The greatest gift I have ever received. My princess, Royal !!!!! This is her first picture on the day she was born. It was life changing and I want to share a small piece of my pride and joy with U on my special day today!!! Lil' Kim baby rumors were confirmed last February when the rapper attended the MAC Cosmetics and The Blonds after party show. Held at Gilded Lily in West Chelsea during New York Fashion Week, Lil' Kim revealed a major baby bump under her skin-tight dress.
Soon after, celebrities took to social media their well wishes for Lil' Kim and her babydaddy Hernandez, who is more known as his alias Mr. Papers.
Prior to the confirmation that Papers is the father of Lil' Kim's then unborn child, rumors surfaced about how superstar boxer Floyd Mayweather and Kim were dating, even fuelling speculations that Mayweather was responsible for the pregnancy.
In an interview with The Home of Hip Hop, Papers shot down the Mayweather issues, and admitted he has plans of marrying Lil' Kim.
