The FIFA World Cup 2014 finals saw Germany claim the trophy after beating Argentina in a 1-0 game last Monday at the Maracana, Brazil.
Along with the football players, who are celebrities in their own rights, the final game saw famous faces of the entertainment world-from world class singers, supermodels, to presidents-gathering in the Brazil stadium.
The celebrities at the World Cup finals gamely posed for photos with fans in the stadium.
"We Found Love" singer Rihanna, in particular, posted a photo of herself holding the Cup with Germany's players, Lukas Podolski and Bastian Shweinsteiger, after cheer her lungs out during the game.
She sent out another tweet, writing, "I touched the cup, held the cup, kissed the cup, took a selfie wit the cup!!! I meeeaan...... what is YO bucket list looking like bruh?"
Former England International player David Beckham and his sons, Brooklyn, Cruz, and Romeo were also seen watching the game. The three Beckham boys were wearing Argentina jerseys with Daddy David wearing a button down in the same color as Argentina's uniform. He even gave Brazil's legendary soccer player Pele a hug as they saw each other in the midst of the cheering.
Supermodel Gisele Bündchen cheered all throughout the game with her Patriot husband Tom Brady by her side. Another stunning model, Adrianna Lima, also gamely posed for photos with fans on the bleachers. German model and host, Lena Gercke, cheered for her countrymen in boyfriend Sami Khedira's jersey.
Actor Ashton Kutcher was photographed taking a selfie with the field as his background.
Even the legendary Mick Jagger was seen smiling and having fun at the game. Shakira made sure to watch the finals before performing for the crowd at the World Cup closing alongside Santana, Wyclef Jean, Alexandre Pires, Ivete Sangalo, and Carlinhos Brown.
Aside from celebrities from the entertainment world, the game also attracted various political figures. Russia's President Vladimir Putin was seen talking to FIFA President Sepp Blatter, while Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff sat with Germany's President Joachim Gauck and Chancellor Angela Merkel in the VIP area. South African President Jacob Zuma witnessed the game as well.
