The list of nominees for the 2014 Emmy Awards have been announced, and while many celebrities and their respective shows have shared their joy in being nominated, some celebrities and fans weren't in such a celebratory mood after their favorites were snubbed. Take a look at some of the shows that didn't garner an Emmy nod:

Orphan Black

After being snubbed by the Emmys last year, everyone was rooting for Orphan Black star Tatiana Maslany to be nominated for Outstanding Actress in A Drama Series for the show's second season. But now that's she's been left out for the second time, fans took to Twitter and trended #EmmyForMaslany to show their outrage. Seriously, what more do the Emmys need? Maslany plays more than six characters on the show, each with a distinct personality, and sometimes all even appear in the same scene! Fellow actress Wendi McLendon-Covey, shared the fans' sentiment, posting on Twitter: "How does the academy snub Tatiana Maslany for lead actress in a drama? She plays 6 characters!" Maslany can easily fill the slots for the Lead Actress category with her characters, but maybe next year.

The Walking Dead

AMC's The Walking dead has transcended its gory graphic novel counterpart to become the highest-rated cable program in history. Sure, it's been nominated in the Best Makeup and Special Effects categories for the past few years, but after 4 seasons, it still hasn't gotten the much coveted Best Drama nom. This year is no exception-it only managed nominations for editing and another for special effects.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine

The show already managed to win a Golden Globe for Best Comedy of the Year, so many were expecting Fox's new comedy to get the same treatment from the Emmys. Same goes for lead actor Andy Samberg, who bagged the Golden Globe for Best Comedy Actor. Obviously, the Emmys weren't feeling the same love for this freshman series. Maybe they didn't find it as funny?

The Good Wife

Yes, it got four nominations in the Lead and Supporting Actress, Supporting Actor and Guest Actor categories, but fans of the show were devastated that the Emmys failed to get recognized in the main Drama category. Despite the fact that many critics proclaimed that the show had a creatively strong and fantastic season lasting 22 episodes, and that it launched a "For Your Consideration" ad campaign to get an Emmy nod, they were still ignored.

Good thing lead star Christine Baranski didn't take the news lying down: in an interview with E! News, the actress said she was glad that many fans of the show were upset about the Emmy snub. She said, "If that's what happens where we get more attention for not getting a nomination and people are starting to say, "Hey, wait a minute, it's time to recognize this. It's 22 quality episodes, maybe it's not a level playing field we're dealing with here and if The Good Wife can't win after a season like that, there's got to be something a little off-kilter," so I'm glad people are upset. I mean, it's a happy day, but I'm glad it's being recognized. Maybe we need to reexamine how this whole awards system works...In television, the whole landscape is changing. We have shows that do-what was True Detective? Six? Eight? OK, so how does 22...it's just not the same in terms of storytelling and production."
