"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" dominated Monday's ratings game as fans reacted negatively to the Mimi and Nikko sex tape in the episode simply called "The Release."
The HollywoodLife revealed "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" news when it noted the negative reaction of fans on social media in the aftermath of the Mimi and Nikko sex tape's release for the 12th episode of the series.
While Mimi Faust expressed regret and shame over the supposed video leak, fans (and tabloids) are not buying it.
Mimi Faust "is totally annihilated by the press questions and it's clear that she and Nikko didn't expect people to realize that they were trying to scam everyone,"CelebrityDirtyLaundry said.
Twitter user @Miss_Yelllaaa wrote: "Mimi is a liar! She knew exactly what she was doing! Nikko wasn't alone getting the tape out there!"
Another user chimed in: "I said that. Nikko + Mimi ain't making fools of nobody but themselves, thinking ppl THAT STUPID to buy that dumb of a story."

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" cast Erica Dixon was shocked after getting wind of the Mimi and Nikko sex tape and did not pull any punches during the show.
"I don't care how much money you get for this. You got a child and it's because I got Imani. This hurts my heart. There's a little girl that's gotta deal with this. A little girl!" she said, addressing Mimi Faust.
In other "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" news, Monday's episode trumped all other shows on cable TV after generating 2.0 rating in the adult 18-49 range. The popular WWE Raw came in far second with 1.6 adults 18-49 rating, according to Zap2it.
