"Supernatural" season 10 spoilers hinted of a short-lived romance between Dean and a waitress named Ann Marie. Meanwhile, Sam will team up with Castiel in order to reverse his brother's dark fate.

Matt Webb Mitovich dished out "Supernatural" season 10 spoilers when he wrote atTVLine:

"Indeed, Dean has a bit of the devil in him - as will be evidenced by an intense fling he has in the second episode back, with a tough but sympathetic roadhouse cocktail waitress named Ann Marie."

The casting of Ann Maries hasn't been announced yet, as well as how her character will be integral to the Demon Dean.

Meanwhile, in other "Supernatural" season 10 spoilers, it seems Sam and Castiel will work together to find a cure for Demon Dean.

According to ScreenFad, Demon Dean has gone missing after last season's finale cliffhanger. Sam will go looking for him and that means he will have to travel down a dark path that will possibly change his character.

In season 9 finale, the Mark of Cain turned Dean into a demon instead of killing him. The episode "Do You Believe in Miracles?" ended with the camera showing Dean's black eyes.

The first episode synopsis released by CW revealed that, "The road to recovering the wayward Dean takes Sam down dark paths with consequences that will shake the boys to their core."

Castiel, meanwhile, is on survival mode and that's why he will reportedly help Sam because of the threats that will emerge as a result of Dean's possession.

The "Supernatural" season 10 spoilers revealed by CW said that Castiel will "pick up the pieces in the aftermath of Metatron's campaign." While the rogue angels are still on the loose, Castiel "will face the ticking clock of his own mortality as all-new threats emerge to once again push all of our heroes to their limits."
