Justin Bieber Heineken photo at Hollywood Club circulated online which landed the Celebrity-owner of the hotspot in trouble for allowing the 20-year-old to have a beer.
TMZ recently reported that pop superstar was seen partying at the West Hollywood nightclub Bootsy Bellows. Accompanied by friends such as R&B star Chris Brown, Justin Bieber's Heineken photo was splashed all over the Internet soon afterwards.
Owned by actor David Arquette, Bootsy Bellows could be fined by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control . Justin Bieber's Heineken photos show that at least one minor under 21 years old - in this case, the underage Bieber - was drinking.
Some say that Bieber might have simply forgotten that the 21-year-old legal age limit for drinking is different in the U.S., compared to Canada where the legal age is 19 years old.
Nonetheless, law enforcement officials are reportedly planning on increasing undercover operations at Bootsy Bellows to monitor that rules of the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control are followed and enforced.
Bootsy Bellows reportedly allows people under 21 to enter their club, although they should not be allowed to drink alcohol.
The official site of Bootsy Bellows says the hotspot is located "on the infamous Sunset Strip in West Hollywood" and is named after the mother of owner Arquette. The actor put up Bootsy Bellows along with business moguls John Terzian and Brian Toll.
Knows for being home to disc jockeys, burlesque dancers, and "impromptu concerts", Boosty Bellows has not yet commented on the Justin Bieber Heineken photo controversy. Ironically, the nightclub did tweet about having Bieber at the venue: "@BootsyBellows: One of the highlights from this week at @bootsybellows. Always happy to see @justinbieber"
A popular Hollywood venue, Bootsy Bellows' other recent celebrity customers according to website Star Sightings include musician Rita Ora, rapper Ray-J, and controversial model/actress/singer Amber Rose.
No comments have been made by Bieber - nor his companions that night - about the incident.
