Before, Angelina Jolie said that she wouldn't want her children to be in showbiz. But, in the recent post of Mirror, it seems like Jolie has changed her mind regarding letting her children go to acting.
According to the reliable source, Jolie allowed her six-year-old daughter Vivienne to star alongside her in Disney smash Maleficent.
But this is not the only movie for her kid as some sources said that the actress has now secretly bagged roles not only for her daughter, but for all six of her children for upcoming blockbuster movie 'Cleopatra'.
It was also reported that Jolie is completing the family circle by starring alongside partner Brad Pitt in the film. Probably, this is the second movie of the couple to work together. Their last movie where they starred together was on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith.
A statement from movie insider says: “Their whole family life is rooted in films but Brad and Angelina didn’t want the children to follow in their footsteps. However, acting is in their genes, and it could turn out to be the start of something big for the next generation.”
However, last Friday, it was reported that she and her husband Brad Pitt are also set to star together in a love story titled 'By The Sea', a film which was written by Jolie. The actress is also set to direct the film.
The recent box office film of Jolie where Vivienne was cast as Aurora was in Maleficent- a story of Sleeping Beauty from the antagonist’s point of view.
Angelina starred as the villain. She said in an interview : “It was great. I only put her (Vivienne) in the film because the other children her age would be scared of me because I looked quite scary as Maleficent".
“Neither one of us want our children to be actors, Brad and I, but it was just I really couldn’t ask another four or five-year-old to do it because kids on set did actually get scared and they would cry when they would see me.
“I was shocked at how well Vivienne did.”
