Google has finally released the much awaited Android 4.4.3 KitKat update for Nexus 7 LTE!
While this update lags behind the newest Android 4.4.4 KitKat update available for Nexus 7, Nexus 4, Nexus 10, Nexus 5, this is still great news for Nexus 7 users who have been looking for a bug fix update that targets to solve a lot of Android 4.4.2 KitKat problems.

Musts:
1. Download the up-to-date USB Drivers for Nexus 7 2013 on your PC.
2. Make sure your phone has at least 80% battery charge before you proceed.
3. Backup important data and settings like storage, SMS, contacts etc.
4. Enable USB debugging mode on the tablet. Go to Settings - Developer Options to do so.
5. Install Android SDK on your PC.
6. Ensure the tablet is not rooted and Stock 4.4.2 is installed.
Now you can start with the update:
1. Download the required OTA package:
- For most users: cac1a204d3770a20fdce28f6ed3418fdd36abd5d.signed-razorg-KTU84L-from-KOT49H.cac1a204.zip
- For Verizon SIM users: f0c2187ff1dba772cff3fa7f99f0e6bd38ecb62b.signed-razorg-KTU84L-from-KVT49L.f0c2187f.zip
2. Open the folder where the OTA zip is located. Press Shift + right click on empty space inside the folder. Select Open command window option via succeeding pop-up menu.
3. Boot your device to stock recovery mode by typing the following command into the CMD window: adb reboot recovery. Remember NOT to close the CMD window yet.
4. You will see a black warning screen with the Android Bot icon as your device reboots.
5. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds until you see the screen flashing and then release the keys.
6. Nexus 7 will eventually enter the stock recovery mode with this text displayed on the top of the screen: "Android system recovery"
7. Connect your tablet to the PC via USB cable.
8. Use the Volume keys to scroll and highlight apply update from ADB and select it using the Power button.
9. For Normal OTA zip file downloads, enter the following command:
adb sideload cac1a204d3770a20fdce28f6ed3418fdd36abd5d.signed-razorg-KTU84L-from-KOT49H.cac1a204.zip
For Verizon OTA zip file downloads enter this command:
adb sideload f0c2187ff1dba772cff3fa7f99f0e6bd38ecb62b.signed-razorg-KTU84L-from-KVT49L.f0c2187f.zip
10. The transfer progress will be displayed on the CMD window.
11. Once completed, select reboot system now using the power button.
Your Nexus 7 LTE will now reboot into the updated KitKat 4.4.3 firmware.
