Selena was tropic chic in a black bikini and white shorts, caught parasailing with Cara Delevingne and company. It looked like Selena found a new BFF in Cara, at least for her big 22.

The other (better?) half of 'Jelena' lived it up over the weekend with the 21-year old supermodel. Surprisingly, her BFF Taylor Swift was nowhere to be found. Taylor did post an Instagram photo to wish her a happy birthday, though.
Taylor held up a necklace with an "S" bling, all dolled up in red lipstick and flashing a subtle smile. The photo was captioned: "Usually this S represents 'Swift' but today I'm wearing it because SELENA IS 22!!!!"
