Kanye West new album 2014 held back?

According to news from MusicTimes, rapper Kanye West said that he was hoping to rule the summer with his no. seven album. However, he honestly said that he inevitably had to hold back his plan for his album until it was truly completed and morever, he had other commitments, including baby North West and his wife Kim Kardashian.

In interview of GQ with West, the rapper shared the reason for the tentative release of his new album and revealed his new Jay Z style single. He said:

"When Beyoncé was working on her last album, she took a while. I was thinking it could somehow come out in June, like Yeezus, and just kill it for the summer. But then I'm like, I have to work on Adidas and be with my child."

He also added, "I think most likely September. I go back and forth. Like, should it be September or should it be October? Should it be November?"

"I had an idea of the way I wanted to do the album. And then I got a new song that's so good that the album has to be balanced against it. This song is a song that can be in the club like 'Don't Like' or 'N----s in Paris,'"

So when is the target date? Based on his statement and the source said, the release date has no solid details yet. But for Kanye West, the new album 2014 could be arriving as soon as fall, "with a taste of new music in the next couple of weeks." (Musictimes said)
