"Game of Thrones" season 5 spoilers revealed the casting of eight new characters next year as the show will center on the Kingdom of Dorne and the Sand Snakes, the vengeful daughtes of slain Oberyn Martell. Nell Tiger Free, meanwhile, is set to play Myrcella Baratheon.
Producers revealed "Game of Thrones" season 5 spoilers during the San Diego Comic-Con on Friday when they announced that Alexander Siddig will play Prince Doran Martell and Toby Sebastian will be Trystane Martell, Doran's son and heir to Dorne.
He is engaged to Myrcella Baratheon, who will be played by Nell Tiger Free who replaced Aimee Richardson, TVGuide reported.
"With the death of Oberyn, Myrcella's position in Dorne becomes tenuous - especially since she's not really Robert Baratheon's (Mark Addy) daughter, but the love child of Cersei (Lena Headey) and Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau)," the website said.
TVGuide reported more "Game of Thrones" season 5 spoilers when it revealed that the cast for the Sand Snakes is already complete.
Jessica Henwick will play Nymeria Sand, who is "the second eldest of Oberyn's bastard daughters who was raised to be cultured, graceful and deadly with a whip."
"Rosabell Laurenti Sellers will play Tyene Sand, the daughter of Oberyn's final paramour, Ellaria Sand (Indira Varma), who is especially fierce with her twin daggers. Keisha Castle-Hughes will play Obara Sand, a fearsome warrior and Oberyn's eldest bastard," it said.
Meanwhile, TVLine dished out "Game of Thrones" season 5 spoilers when it reported that Jonathan Pryce is also cast to play the High Sparrow, which it described as a religious leader followed by large numbers of the poor and sick.
"He's a man of the people who hates corruption... which means he's going to get along famously with the Lannisters, right?" Kimberly Roots wrote for TVLine.
Other cast of characters for "Game of Thrones" season 5 include DeObia Oparei as the palace guard in Doran, Areo Hotah; and Enzo Cilenti as a former slave trader.
