"American Horror Story" season 4 spoilers revealed the return of Pepper as the alleged confidential cast sheet that gave away more characters was leaked online.

In a report by HuffingtonPost, the leaked cast sheet hinted of "American Horror Story" season 4 spoilers when it mentioned the name Pepper.

"Remember Pepper, the microcephalic woman played by Naomi Grossman in "Asylum?" Apparently, she's back for "Freak Show," according to an Argentinian fan site's unofficial leaked call sheet for the fourth season's first episode," the HuffPostsaid.

It also said that if the cast sheet is real, it's only logical that Pepper be included in "Freak Show" because the character "was inspired by the 1932 cult film 'Freaks' and real sideshow performer Schlitzie."

Other characters in the leaked cast sheet include Christopher Neiman as Salty, Ben Woolf as Meep, John Carroll Lynch as the Twisted Clown, Grace Summer will be Penny the Candy Striper.

The leaked cast sheet also revealed the characters to be played by Jessica Lange, as elsa Mars, Kathy Bates as Ethel Darling, and her son Jimmy Darling will be played by Evan Peters.

However, HuffPost said that fans should take the potential "American Horror Story" season 4 spoilers with a grain of salt, as the leak hasn't been confirmed by Fox yet. This is also not the first time where fans were fooled following the fan-made teaser uploaded on YouTube by filmmaker Kellen Moore and his team .

Kellen Moore and his team created the "American Horror Story" season 4 teaser that irked the network and he weighed in on the issue in the latest story from Cosmopolitan.

"This is the most frustrating part - Fox went ahead and claimed ownership of my promo. They're claiming that they [have the copyright] to the content and I think that's just not true," he told Cosmopolitan magazine.

"They went ahead with a 'takedown notification' and had it removed from YouTube; they've had it pulled from everywhere, and the thing that's insane is that, really, the only thing in my promo that I believe Fox technically owns is the FX logo at the end - but even that I 'built,'" he added.
