This is it! "The Walking Dead" Season 5 trailer has premiered on Comic-Con and we are seeing a lot of action! Rick's crew fights off the cannibals as they attempt to escape Terminus!
At The Walking Dead panel during the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con, Andrew Lincoln, Steven Yeun, and Lauren Cohan among many other cast members debuted some previously unseen footage and a brand-new trailer for the show's fifth season. The trailer revealed some pretty intense action and some insight on where the show is headed. It also answers a lot of the questions from last season, like why the gang was put into a train car and many more.
Chris HArdwicke previously teased about the upcoming season and said that he visited the new set and the new season will be the "most intense" one yet. He made the comments on the Walking Dead panel on July 25.
So based on the new trailer, those were Cannibals at Terminus and the gang will escape the creepy place along with the gang. But the question is, who will die? The show's creator, Robert Kirkman, has already teased that main characters WILL die in season five. Oh, and there's some information about what happened with Beth in end of the trailer.
Robert also revealed that the season premiere of season five will answer a lot of questions about Terminus. He has also previously stated that a show favorite may be biting the dust and a lot of people assumed it would be Daryl! Hopefully, it's someone less liked than him. Ha!
There will also be new characters to add to the mix. During the San Diego Comic-Con panel, it was revealed Seth Gilliam will join the cast as priest Father Gabriel from the comics.
"The Walking Dead" returns to TV October 12 at 9 p.m.
