"Sleepy Hollow" Season 2 Sneak Peek; Ichabod Crane Loses His Cool When Introduced To Credit Cards

"Sleepy Hollow" season 2 released a sneak peak during the Comic-Con event last Friday evening as fans were treated to two scenes from its forthcoming second season. The clip featured Ichabod Crane, played by Tom Madison, and his sidekick Abbie, actress Nicole Beharie, as they are paying the bank a visit during their investigation of a case.

Hollywoodreporter.com shared snippets of the "Sleepy Hollow" season 2 sneak peak, which began with Ichabod. Because he was originally from the past, his comments about the things he encounter in modern society is expected. By now, fans already know what he thinks of taxation and billionaires - both nay. As they stepped inside the bank, Ichabod told Abbie a quote made by Thomas Jefferson, where he said that banks are more perilous than standing armies.

The scene at "Sleepy Hollow" starts to get interesting when Ichabod spotted a pen attached to one of the counter tables. He then turns to a banker and unabashedly voiced out his contempt for the object. The banker, on the other hand, found an opportunity to discuss a credit card deal with him.

Ichabod told the banker that he found it ridiculous how the bank was unable to trust people with a pen, which he referred to as an inkwell, when they trust them with their money, which he called a fortune.

The banker eventually offered the engagement ring card to Ichabod. Judging from how the scene progressed, he must have thought Ichabod and Abbie were a couple. Unfortunately, for him, Ichabod did not like the insinuation, thus telling him off.

The snippet for the "Sleepy Hollow" season 2 sneak peak ended here, titillating viewers to watch how the rest of the episode (and those to come) unfolds in the upcoming second season of the series. StarNewsOnline has recently reported that the show has merited an Emmy nomination for the 2014 ceremony.

"Sleepy Hollow" has generated a strong following ever since it started airing on FoxTV on September 16, 2013. The supernatural drama has wrapped up its firt season, an is now gearing up to continue entertaining people with its second season.
