The release of high profile titles from both first party and third party developers made Xbox 360 soar high in the battle of the platforms. In fact, Xbox 360 versions of cross-platform games previously garnered better ratings than PS3 counterparts. Although all eyes are now set on Xbox One, here are the upcoming games for its predecessor this 2014:

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution - September 16
This action-filled game by CyberConnect 2 displays stunning anime visuals and 3D ninja fighting action. Its new mechanics include the devastation of Combination Ultimate Jutsu attacks, giving players the power to combine powers and create own techniques in defeating the opponents. Gamers can choose from 100 characters from Naruto and Naruto Shippuden anime arcs.
Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes - September 23
This Xbox 360 game will take players deep into the Marvel universe, allowing them to create new adventures and activate original story lines through real-world interactive Marvel figures. Some of the 20 playable Marvel characters include Thor, Hawkeye, Captain America, Hulk, and Black Widow. WWE 2K15 - Rumored release date: October 28
2k sports has been making all the adjustments and improvements to make WWE 2K15 more realistic. 20 WWE Stars have been confiremed to be part of the roster: Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns, Antonio Cesaro, Hulk Hogan, John Cena, AJ Lee, Naomi, Daniel Bryan, Cameron, Paul Heyman, Sheamus, Shawn Michaels, Darren Young, Triple H, Rob Van Dam, Justin Gabriel, Xavier Woods, The Undertaker, The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin. New game modes will be introduced as well, although we still have to wait a little longer for complete details about it.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - November 4
This first-person shooter game developed by High Moon Studios, Sledgehammer Games brings the powerful battlegrounds of the future, where both military practices and technological advancements have merged with powerful consequences. Here, the Atlas Corporation is considered as the largest Private Military Corporation led by Jonathan Irons. Players can experience redefined player movement and verticality through biomechanics, jumps and grappling, and covert cloaking abilities. This version stands out with the advent of exoskeleton, along with enhanced armor and weaponry.
Far Cry 4 - November 18
A first-person shooter game developed and published by Ubisoft, this game challenges players to explore Kyrat, a wild region of Himalayas, and endure the regime of a ruthless king. With a wide range of weapons, vehicles, and animals, gamers can write their own story in an open-world landscape.
