They're on-and-off, off-and-on again relationship is just so confusing!

It seems Justin Bieber still can't let go of his ex, Selena Gomez, for good. A new report from Star, a U.K.-based tabloid newspaper and Radar Online says that he's extremely jealous of her friendship with gorgeous (and not to mention bisexual!) model, Cara Delevingne.

The Boyfriend crooner, 20, is not even wary of the rumors that Selena Gomez, has a new man in her life, Italian businessman Tommy Chiabra. Instead, he is more concerned about Gomez hanging out with DeLevingne, 21.

And he's not afraid to confront the top model about it!

"Justin has called Cara on more than one occasion, wanting to know what's going on," says the insider who spoke with U.K.'s Star. "It's been clear that he's had a drink beforehand, too."

Gomez rang in her 22nd birthday with the blond supermodel, celebrating in St. Tropez and having fun in the waters with Chiabra. The two ladies were so close, they went on a holiday, partied in a club, shopped, and even showered together. Selena wasn't shy about her adventures, and took to Instagram to show off her exciting time with DeLevingne.

But before the Beauty and the Beat singer get too worked up, a source reveals that he has nothing to fear when it comes to Gomez dating Delevingne. "She's just having with a new pal."

Maybe he should be more concerned with Gomez' crush on Chiabra? Hollywood Life reports that Gomez has developed a "puppy dog crush" on the Italian hunk. She was photographed clutching at his chest as they jet-skiied in St. Tropez and holding hands as they jumped off his yacht for a fun dive in the water. She even clung to him as she dried off from their swim!

Hold your horses, Bieber! Haven't you moved on and aren't you dating your own model, Yovanna Ventura, 18? Wonder why he's keeping tabs on his ex. Will Jelena ever be over?
