Adding fodder to the rumors is Nick's apparent absence in Mariah's Instagram account. The singer hasn't posted pictures of hubby, mostly photos of her and with her children instead.
The recent preview of The Rock's "Hercules" saw Mariah escorted by Kevin Liles, a business associate. Nick didn't attend the premiere.
