"Supernatural" season 10 spoilers hinted that Demon Dean will be uncontrollable as strong female characters will be featured more in future episodes.

Jensen Ackles revealed "Supernatural" season 10 spoilers to TVGuide during Sunday's San Diego Comic-Con panel.

He said that Demon Dean will be very different because he's tainted with the Mark of Cain. "This is Dean's soul, but it's twisted."

He revealed that in the first few episodes alone, Demon Dean mauled three guys and killed two people.

Meanwhile, executive producer Jeremy Carver dished out more "Supernatural" season 10 spoilers when he said that there would be more femme fatales that will appear on the show.

He said the show will have "a very healthy dose of new and returning very powerful female characters this season."

Matt Webb Mitovich earlier dished out "Supernatural" season 10 spoilers when he wrote at TVLine:

"Indeed, Dean has a bit of the devil in him - as will be evidenced by an intense fling he has in the second episode back, with a tough but sympathetic roadhouse cocktail waitress named Ann Marie."

As for Castiel, cast Misha Collins said that his character's "grace is fading."

"He's getting weaker and a lot less fun, but early on the season the most important thing for Castiel ... is to get Dean patched up more than recovering his own powers," he said during the panel.

Earlier, Jensen Ackles revealed "Supernatural" season 10 spoilers to TVLine when he described how Dean Winchester is going be like when the series resumes.

"Oh, it's like an ultra version of a womanizing party animal. He's out partying in Vegas with the King of Hell, he's got backstage passes and he doesn't give a sh-t about anything. That's essentially what we're going to see," he said.

He said there's no "inner struggle" with Dean when dealing with the demon, "because he's not just a demon, he's a demon with the Mark of Cain, which makes him like über demon."
