Hilary Duff 'Chasing The Sun' leaks online!
After seven years, the 'Come Clean' singer is finally back with a new summer song. This new song is sure to be the new anthem for this year's hottest season!
Duff earlier released the song's title after signing a record deal with RCA Records, reports E! Online. The singer-actress worked with Toby Gad, Colbie Caillat and Jason Reeves to create the catchy song.
"I couldn't be more excited to join the RCA family!" The 26-year-old singer told E! Online recently. "I came to them with my vision for the album and it has been a real labor of love, but something I am so proud of."
Although Hilary Duff's 'Chasing The Sun' leaks were released earlier, the song can only be downloaded tomorrow. This little setback however, only served to make fans more excited for the new single as well as her new album. The official music video will also be released together with the song.
Fans are looking forward to a more matured Hilary Duff after her seven-year break from the recording studio.
"'Chasing the Sun' is just a peek into my new album," the singer said, "I've worked very hard and the album is a great representation of the experiences I've had in my life and where I want to go from here!"
The former child actress stepped away from the music industry for quite a while, feeling it an important step for her. She explained that the break "gave me the power to choose my next steps carefully."
The returning singer adds, "'Chasing the Sun' is a light and fun summer song that I hope helps people to feel a little more carefree."
