Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett will duet in the album called Cheek To Cheek, which is going to be the pop star's jazz offering to her legions of fans later this year.

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett Cheek to Cheek album is not the first time for them to collaborate for jazz music. In fact, the two already did a duet for Tony's 2011 multi-awarded and platinum-selling album Duets II. The singers blended voices for a rendition of a Frank Sinatra original "The Lady is a Tramp". The music video for the song is already viewed over 13 million times on Youtube.

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett even gave clues to fans that they will be doing another collaboration this year. The two singers performed together in Montreal Jazz Festival and in the Frank Sinatra's School of the Arts in New York, according to Independent. Meanwhile, Lady Gaga, took advantage of the power of social media and posted photos of herself working on the studio "with the Bennett boys" and prepping up for a jazz album "It's a Standard night #CheekToCheek."

For Lady Gaga, jazz is already a familiar territory as she is exposed to the genre since she was young.

"You know, it's funny, but jazz comes a little more comfortable for me than pop music, than R&B music," Independent quoted Gaga in an interview. "I've sang jazz since I was 13 years old, which is kind of like my little secret that Tony found out. So this is almost easier for me than anything else."

Meanwhile, the 87-year-old Bennett has all but praises to the ArtPop singer.

"The reason I chose to do (this project) with her is to show how wonderful she really sings," Bennett says in USA Today. "She's so uninhibited and talented, and has a wonderful talent of knowing how to improvise very well. She's really a great American singer."

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett "Cheek to Cheek" is her follow-up album offering after ArtPop in 2013. Check music stores for the the album starting Sept 23. The first single of the album, "Anything Goes" will soon be available on iTunes, USA Today reported.
