Update! Tim McGraw is still taking heat from slapping the bejeezes out of a female fan at a recent concert. Jesslyn Tayor got too excited and went ahead and tried ripping off McGraw's pants as the singer passed her by during a live performance.
Too make things even worse for Tim, Ms. Taylor will be taking legal action. According to Eric Hertz, a Georgia personal injury attorney, Taylor was in no way trying to grab Tim's junk when "he hauled off and slapped her." "She was nothing more than an enthusiastic fan who was part of the show's 'interactive environment' and merely wanted a touch," he said, adding that Jesslyn is furious that Tim is claiming that she was aggressive. He says she feels humiliated and for starters wants an apology.

In some Tim McGraw news, the singer reportedly smacked a touchy fan in the face during a concert in Atlanta, Georgia on July 13. All this was shot on video by one of the fans in the audience!
Tim was in the middle of singing his song "Truck Yeah' when he suddenly slapped a woman right across her face. This all happened at Tim's July 13 concert at Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood in Atlanta, Georgia.
The video may be a bit blurry but you could see that the woman is becoming a little too aggressive when her hand gets too close to Tim's privates. She first hits him at around his knee, and then once again closer to the private parts. You can see he was a bit taken aback, then he slaps her right in the face! Her head and flew back and Tin walked along like nothing had happened.
According to Tim's rep, the act was instinctive. "Tim was singing out in the audience and someone firmly grabbed onto his leg and wouldn't let go as he was moving through the crowd," Tim's rep revealed in a statement to TMZ. "He instinctively swatted to try to keep them from ripping his jeans (which they succeeded at doing!), and so he could get to more fans who could slap hands with him before the end of the show."
It seems that all Tim wanted was for her to "let it go." But is a slap to the face necessary, Timmy?
This news was the total opposite of how he got close to another fan while in Atlanta on July 13. McGraw was playing a slow song when one special girl jumped on stage and joined McGraw. He then started singing to her the song 'You Are So Beautiful'.
But that didn't end there, after the song ended, he reaches for a sharpie and signed his name on his guitar, then hands it to the girl. Lucky lucky girl!
