"24" star Keifer Sutherland is under the spotlight after his co-star publicly said negative things about him.
Freddie Prinze Jr. during his Disney channel "Star Wars Rebels" Comic Con interview revealed how he dislike working on the set of "24" with co-star and lead Kiefer Sutherland.
"I did '24,' it was terrible. I hated every moment of it," he told ABC. "Kiefer was the most unprofessional dude in the world. That's not me talking trash, I'd say it to his face, I think everyone that's worked with him has said that."
"I just wanted to quit the business after that. So, I just sort of stopped."
The actor who was more known to play the lead in chick flicks like "She's All That" and "Boys and Girls" said that the horrible experience disheartened him. He decided to stop acting for a while, and even worked for Vince McMahon of the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
Meanwhile, in another interview with ABC, Kiefer's rep commented on Freddie's statement saying, ""Kiefer worked with Freddie Prinze, Jr. more than 5 years ago, and this is the first he has heard of Freddie's grievances."
"Kiefer enjoyed working with Freddie and wishes him the best."
Freddie Prinze Jr. has now moved on from acting with Kiefer Sutherland in "24." His latest project- Disney channel's "Star Wars Rebels"- is starting to make noise online.
Here is a short description of the show according to Starwars.com:
"Star Wars Rebels, set five years before the events of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, tells the story of the Rebellion's beginnings while the Empire spreads tyranny through the galaxy."
