The Ant-Man movie release date is a huge possibility now that a lot has changed with the production such as some actors leaving the project to the script not being complete despite the filming is set to start soon.

The Ant-Man movie release date was originally planned on July 27, 2015 but is seems that Marvel could change that any time soon and if the reports are to be believed, they are.

The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Patrick Wilson, Matt Gerard and Kevin Weisman will no longer appear in Marvel's Ant-Man.

The Hollywood Reporter also reports that Patrick Wilson, Matt Gerard and Kevin Weisman were attached to Wright's version, and since Edgar Wright is no longer the director, they will no longer appear in the film however it should be noted that Patrick Wilson's exit is due to scheduling conflicts.

After the San Diego Comic Con 2014, Marvel shocked it's fans world wide when it was confirmed that Corey Stoll would be playing Darren Cross a.k.a. Yellowjacket, and that Evangeline Lilly would be playing Hank Pym's daughter Hope Pym.

Kevin Feige noted this about Corey Stoll's character, Yellowjacket:

"He does at a certain point obtain some Pym particles and begin to give Ant-Man a run for his money," said Feige.

Michael Douglas and Corey Stoll had very different descriptions of Darren Cross. Douglas called him Pym's "partner, who has taken their company in a different, evil direction." Stoll said: "I was Hank Pym's mentee and a genius scientist as well. I have taken over the company and some very judgmental people may think that's in an evil direction, but I think I'm just taking it into the future."

The director, producer, and cast were more vague about Lilly's role in the film. In fact, it sounds like Lilly doesn't even know much about Lilly's role in the film. "I can't tell you anything else about her because I don't know, I don't have a script," she said.

The Movie News Hound reports that Marvel is seriously considering changing the Ant-Man movie release date and delaying at as some parts of the production just aren't ready yet, such as the script and cast.
