According to a report from ABC News, "Jersey Shore's" Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino was arrested in June for getting into a brawl with his brother at a New Jersey tanning salon. The reality star was taken into custody in Middletown, New Jersey, where he is launching a tanning salon called Boca Tanning.
Police said "The Situation" was charged with simple assault, and later posted $500 bail.
Sorrentino later on explained the incident to ABC News: "It was a business miscommunication among family."
Sorrentino even told ABC that the black eye that he got as a result of the fight did not come from his brother, but from their mom. She was trying to break the two up during the altercation.
"She tried to grab me multiple times, there were multiple jabs, she kept missing she wasn't able to grip, so that's why I had the black eye," Sorrentino explained.
