Fresh news from CrunchyRoll: the post said that AOT is rumored to release in December. Moreover, the AOV is about Levi's prequel!
Recently, there have been a lot of speculations regarding AOT including an anime adaptation of shoujo prequel Attack on Titan: No Regrets, Birth of Levi and a Japanese fan hoax that a TV series was coming this fall.
As of now, these speculations remain as it is as there is no solid confirmation from the creator and production team. Crunchy Roll also said that there is a deleted listing from electronics/multi-media shop Yodobashi Camera that had volume 15 of the main manga coming out December 9 with an OVA tieing into the spin-off.
Moreover, volume two of the Aria manga from Hajime Isayama, Gan Sunaaku and Hirku Suruga is reported to be out in Japan on August 8, and it will feature a form for sending away for a Christmas (which is also Levi's birthday) card.
Meanwhile, one of the anticipated live-action movies AOT has announced the casts last July 30. The live-action has 2 parts and the target release is in summer of 2015. The casts are
