Robert Pattinson's magazine cover for Esquire UK will be available in stores starting today, and the feature story on the "Twilight" saga star has him talking about ex-girlfriend Kirsten Stewart, the cheating scandal that broke them up, and the time that he realized he was popular.
The Robert Pattinson's magazine cover shows Kristen Stewart's ex on the magazine cover and inside photos in a classic black suit, with some images in elegant black and white.
Fangirls have been raving about Robert Pattinson's magazine cover photos since it was released to media earlier this week, with a review from Socialite Life saying RPattz "can look hot in pretty much everything".
However, Robert Pattinson proves that he's more than just an eye candy, as his magazine cover feature interview revealed a lot about him and the heavy issues that he has been through.
On Kristen Stewart cheating scandal
The actor, who plays Edward Cullen in the phenomenal "Twilight" saga, was asked by Esquire about former girlfriend Kristen Stewart, whom he parted ways with after the 24-year-old actress had a brief affair with married director Rupert Sanders on the set of the movie "Snow White and the Huntsman".
The Socialite Life review said Robert Pattinson didn't even understand all the scrutiny that his ex-girlfriend received, saying "shit happens, you know? It's just young people... it's normal! And honestly, who gives a shit?"
Pattinson admits that the hardest part about the cheating scandal was "talking about it afterwards". He explains, "because when you talk about other people, it affects them in ways you can't predict".
On why people are interested in him
A review from Daily Mail about the actor's Esquire September 2014 feature explains how, despite his success, Robert Pattinson claims he doesn't understand why people are interested in him.
The actor said: "I don't understand why. I think it goes through periods where you're assigned 'this is the guy to follow'".
Robert Pattinson joked: "Whenever I see a bunch of paparazzi hanging out, I always think, 'Oh God, what have they found out!'". He then adds sarcastically, '"Oh, that love child! I totally forgot!'"
Reportedly, Robert Pattinson knew he was famous when he showed up at a nightclub, and his name was already on the guest list.
He narrated: "I was going to clubs in L.A. and you had to call the promoters ahead of time to get on the guest list. But one time I forgot to call, and I was on the list anyway".
"That's when I knew," he said. "I showed up with mustard down my T-shirt and they're like giving me the wink, "Yeah, man, you're on the list."'
