"The Rommmate" actress, who was recently involved in Nina Dobrev and Derek Theler dating rumors, has is being linked with "The Pirates of the Caribbean" actor Orlando Bloom after they were reportedly spotted at the the Annual Comic Con Celebration at FLOAT inside the Hard Rock Hotel.

Nina Dobrev was also seen kissing the "Baby Daddy" star Derek Theler but a source told Hollywood Life that is not passionate.

"The kiss from the Baby Daddy guy was in the moment out of nowhere liquor-enabled kiss," the insider revealed.

A report from Perez Hilton added that Nina Dobrev and Miranda Kerr's ex Orlando Bloom was seen "making out and grinding" on the dance floor for 20 minutes.

"They grinded on the dance floor," a partygoer told Perez Hilton.

"The Anomaly" actor Ian Somerhalder was in the same event with rumored girlfriend Nikki Reed. The new couple was reportedly seen engaging in some PDA.
