Even though Disney has released a statement about not making "Frozen 2" anytime soon, fans still speculate on the cast, plot and release date of the said sequel.

While Disney announced back in January that the animation will have a musical, fans keep clamouring for a sequel they can watch on the big screen. New reports have suggested that it could be a possibility, with some hinting that "Frozen 2" is already in the works.

"Frozen" proved to be a global hit, grossing over $1.2 billion in the box office. The Disney animation is also critically acclaimed winning 2 Academy Awards and a Golden Globe.

"Let It Go" composer Kristen Anderson-Lopez may have hinted about a sequel as she tweeted a photo showing Idina Menzel and Josh Gad (voice of Olaf) with a caption suggesting a "Frozen 2" movie.

When it comes to the sequel plot, people have a few ideas in mind.

According to Breathe Cast, "In an article published on Yahoo Movies UK, a theory of a possible sequel plot was mentioned where the super powered queen of ice was to find true love perhaps in the person (or snowman) of Olaf. Queen Elsa's sister, Anna has already found a soul mate in Kristoff, a mountain man who harvested ice for a living, who later on became Anna's knight in shining armor."

"With Queen Elsa alone and still single, the theory saw it only fitting that the snow queen should discover true love of her own," the report added.

There are also other rumors going around about having an Olaf stand alone movie.
