Ed Sheeran may just be following the creation process of Taylor Swift's songs!
Sheerna's video for his latest single, "Don't" has produced speculations that the song was conceived with Swift in mind.
However, the singer refuted the rumors saying the song was not about Swift.
In a report from Bustle, Sheeran allegedly told Parade last June that:
"[...it's] about someone who's well known, but not Taylor."
The speculations must have been ignited because of the lyrics in "Don't."
Hollywoodlife.com reported though, that the song was actually about Sheeran's ex, Ellie Goulding and not the famous country singer.
Sheeran's "Don't" may just very well meet its match in Taylor Swift's new songs. Word has it that Swift was jealous of her friend's new lady love, Athina Andrelos. The brewing jealousy may have contributed to the growing speculation of Sheeran writing a song about Swift.
Or, maybe fans are just getting too excited about the possible romance between the two singers. The song could very well be about Ellie Goulding.
Unless Sheeran admits he has written the song about his good friend, we will never know the real score for sure.
Swift can write a song about the male musician, without us even knowing it. The songstress is good at keeping the identities behind her songs confidential.
Are we going to expect a new Taylor Swift song about Ed Sheeran in the former's new album? How will Ed react if she does? Will he be flattered or upset with Swift's new song?
