"The Fault in Our Stars" and its lead artists Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort bagged home some of the biggest awards during Sunday night's Teen Choice Awards 2014.

Elgort went home with this year's Breakout Movie Star Award and Choice Drama Movie Actor, while Woodley bagged home the Choice Drama and Action Movie Actress for "Divergent." The on-screen couple was also awarded the prestigious Choice Lip-Lock Award for their on-screen kiss, according to the Associated Press.

Upon receiving his surf board trophy, Elgort teased his fans and said, "I don't surf or anything, so I guess I'm gonna put this on my wall."

Woodley also joked and said, "I'm actually going to take this in the water during shark week!"

Meanwhile, another highlight of the night took place when former "Maid in Manhattan" mom and son tandem, Jennifer Lopez and Tyler Posey reunited on stage, Yahoo reported.

Posey, now 22, told his former on-screen mom, "I know we haven't seen each other since Maid in Manhattan, which was forever-ago. But I thought that maybe if you need a backup dancer, I might fit. What do you think?"

The "Teen Wolf" actor then showcased his dancing skills and Lopez cheered him on and teased, "If I say yes, will you stop?" Congratulations. Welcome to the tour."

Other winners at Sunday night's award show include "Pretty Little Liars" star Lucy Hale as choice drama TV show actress, "The Hunger Games" co-star Josh Hutcherson as choice sci-fi/fantasy movie actor, Bethany Mota and Tyler Oakley as choice female and male web stars respectively, the Huffington Post noted.

Former Disney star Zendaya Coleman, "Problem" singer Ariana Grande and Kevin Hart, were just some of the other artists and celebrities who were recognized on Sunday, the same publication noted.

Other top performances came from Demi Lovato who performed "Really Don't Care" with Cher Lloyd and Jason Derulo who performed his hit "Talk Dirty," E! News revealed.
