Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder dating rumors are finally over as "The Anomaly" star opted to be "more serious" with "Twilight" actress Nikki Reed than with his ex-girlfriend and co-star.

In a report by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, the 25-year-old actress Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder dating issues are over as 35-year-old actor chose to be with new rumored girlfriend Nikki Reed.

"Well, whatever that was that Ian Somerhalder had going on with Nina Dobrev, I think we can safely say it really is over," the report said.

Ian Somerhalder and "Twilight" star Nikki Reed were recently spotted in their outing in Studio City Farmer's Market as they stroll down to buy fresh vegetables, the Hollywood Life said. They were also seen dating, strolling and sharing smooches that prompted reports that they are now an official couple.

"The Anomaly" actor was also reported to be dating Nikki Reed on Sundays where they bond in their free time.

Unlike his past relationship with ex-girlfriend and "The Vampire Diaries" co-star Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder was "more serious" with his current relationship, Hollywood Life said.

Meanwhile, Nina Dobrev was described as "flinging half of young Hollywood" and was also being "photographed with the other half" after her split with Ian Somerhalder.

"The Vampire Diaries" actress Nina Dobrev was once linked to Miley Cyrus' ex-fiancé and "Hunger Games" actor Liam Hemsworth. She was also linked to Muse band member Dominic Howard.

Recently in the Comic-con bash, "The Roommate" actress went on PDA-packed pictures with Miranda Kerr's ex Orlando Bloom, Ben Mckenzie and Derek Theler.

Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder dating rumors started in June when "The Roommate" star's mother Michaela Constantine was making way for the two to get back together. Michaela Constantine also showed support to her daughter's ex-boyfriend when he spoke in front of the Congress for environment and animal rights protection.
