The wait is over for the nominees in the recently concluded 2014 Teen Choice Awards, and "Pretty Little Liars" took the most number of awards in TV category.
Lucy Hale and Shay Mitchell walked on the red carpet joined by co-stars Sasha Pieterse and Keegan Allen at Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. Ian Harding, Tyler Blackburn, and Keegan Allen were among the presenters on Sunday night.
"Pretty Little Liars" bagged the Choice TV Show: Drama, beating "Hart of Dixie", "Switched at Birth", "The Fosters", and "Twisted" in the category. It was not the only award that the show received on 2014 Teen Choice Awards. Tyler Blackburn took the surfboard trophy for Choice Summer TV Star: Male. He got the most votes among Jean-Luc Bilodeau of "Baby Daddy", David Lambert of "The Fosters", Tyler Posey of "Teen Wolf", and Mike Vogel of "Under the Dome".
This year, Troian Bellisario did not receive that award for Choice TV Actress: Drama but her co-star Lucy Hale won the award for "Pretty Little Liars", beating Rachel Bilson for "Hart of Dixie", Madie Hasson for "Twisted", and Maia Mitchell for "The Fosters".
PLL's Ian Harding and Keegan Allen were both nominated for Choice TV Actor: Drama along with "Twisted's" Avan Jogia, "The Fosters'" Jake T. Austin, and "Switched at Birth's" Lucas Grabeel. However, Ian Harding was the one who grabbed the award.
