Ellen DeGeneres & Portia De Rossi divorce rumors are being quashed by reports recently. According to Web Pro News, the duo's split issues may "finally simmer down a bit" after they purchased a posh condo in Beverly Hills.

"Ellen and Portia just purchased an entire floor of a luxury building in Beverly Hills," a source confirms to Radar.

"It is very centrally located, right in the heart of everything that they do in Hollywood. They still have the land and the space they love in Santa Barbara, but this spot offers the convenience that they need," the source explained to the pub.

According to Trulia as reported by Radar Online, there is a full service concierge, 24-hour staff, a fitness center and pool. Their unit also has amazing views. Reportedly, the couple purchased a property on January 3 in Los Angeles for $39,888,000 and sold it just 6 months later on July 3 for $49,500,000. They made a $10 million off the deal.

A question if the couple is ready to build a home is rising with their new purchase. Hollywood Take stated that a report about the couple contacting the Center for Surrogate Parenting in Encino, California to "research their options" circulates online.

Meanwhile, the celebrity couple's divorce rumors that are going around for the past few months are reportedly, leaks from a new book about DeGeneres are partly to be blamed. According to Web Pro News, the book, written by celebrity journalist Randy Jernigan, discusses "the private, behind-the-cam life and relationships of DeGeneres. According to excerpts from the book, the DeGeneres-De Rossi union has been rocky from the beginning. The author goes on to say that DeGeneres has had to deal with depression and mood swings in the past years, which is why she has been controlling towards de Rossi."
