Microsoft builds on its advantage of exclusive titles with Xbox One bundle offerings.

Microsoft dishes out the good news at today's Gamescom convention; Xbox One bundle offerings come, with confirmation of an exclusive Tomb Raider game for the next-generation console.

Rise of the Tomb Raider won't be available on the Xbox One until 2015. Microsoft announced other titles to tide players during the long wait, though, namely Assassin's Creed Unity, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and FIFA 2015. Gamers are in for some serious playtime this winter.

At least three bundle sets were confirmed as of press time, and the paired games aren't the usual boring fare some expect. The hype around Sunset Overdrive gets a boost, as it is scheduled to be bundled with the elusive white Xbox (console and controller), previously exclusive to Microsoft employees. The package comes out October 28 with the game digitally installed, at $399.

Gamers salivating for the next CoD game should look out for the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Xbox One Bundle, which comes with custom console and controller, a one-terabyte hard drive, and limited release exoskeleton, for $499.

Football fans enjoy the perks of the Microsoft's bundle offering, with FIFA 2015 scheduled to come out with the console September 25. Microsoft also throws in plenty of treats to sweeten the deal; aside from the console and controller, the package comes with a two-week live trial, HDMI cable, and chat headset, as well as digital token for the game and an Ultimate Team Legends Gold Pack.

The Xbox One bundle offerings have different release dates, but are now available for preorders.

Phil Spencer of Xbox says the offerings allow new Xbox owners opportunity to enjoy the console along with the best titles currently available. "These bundles offer a great opportunity to enjoy Xbox One alongside an incredible line-up of first and third party games, making Xbox the best place to play this holiday and beyond." (pcmag.com)
