Justin Bieber will plead guilty to lesser charges from his previous arrest in South Florida, for allegedly involving himself in an illegal street drag race.
Two other people who were involved in the case revealed that Bieber will plead guilty to misdemeanor careless driving and resisting arrest without violence charges, as opposed to previous charge of driving under the influence, according to the Huffington Post.
The "Boyfriend" singer has also agreed to undergo anger management courses a will also make a $50,000 donation on top his other court fines, the same publication noted.
Bieber was initially arrested on January 23 in Miami Beach for illegal street racing. He and his companion, R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff were not charged with drag racing charges at that time.
Although there was very little evidence as to whether or not both parties exceed their speed limit, alcohol breath tests showed that Bieber's level was below 0.02, the required limit for underage drivers. To add to this, his urine tests showed the presence of marijuana and Xanax in his body, FOX News reported.
Just last month, Bieber resolved another criminal case that was filed against him by someone who claimed he egged his neighbor's Los Angeles house. Bieber pled no contest at the time and paid $80,000 in damages.
Back in December, Bieber was once again involved in a brawl against a Toronto limousine driver who claimed he was assaulted by the "As Long as You Love Me" singer.
Meanwhile, Bieber has not yet commented regarding the issue and has not confirmed whether or not he will indeed plead guilty to lesser charges.
The singer has been very busy the past weekend where he was spotted attending Kylie Jenner's 17th birthday party at a club. The singer even sang his good friend a Happy Birthday song.
